I conducted an assessment of a gold mining enterprise, which included a comprehensive review of business processes, covering the following areas:

• Analysis of document workflows
• Evaluation of the shift assignment process
• Assessment of mining operations management
• Review of the medical examination and work clearance process
• Examination of fuel accounting practices
• Assessment of technical inspection and equipment maintenance processes
• Evaluation of the technical condition of mining equipment to determine its readiness for the implementation of fleet management systems
• Analysis of mobile network coverage across the mining site

 As a result of my assessment, the mine owner decided to initiate a project for the full-scale implementation of an Automated Mining Management System 🚀
