My role was comprehensive, encompassing responsibilities of both Project Manager and Chief Engineer.
Key Deliverables:
• Integration of a fleet monitoring system.
• Implementation of specialised software for fuel depot monitoring and fuel dispenser management.
• Deployment of a driver alertness and sobriety control system (DSM and alcohol interlocks) with video analytics capabilities.
• Expansion of mobile network coverage in collaboration with a telecom operator.
Stakeholders:
• Gold mining enterprise owner
• Owner of Piklema-PSI
• Regional Manager of the telecom operator
• Contractor for installation works
