I strengthened collaboration between software development teams and engineering teams working on projects. I established a Scrum-based development process for software-hardware solutions, which enabled the rapid development of an update for the VG Karier product — detailed information can be found here.
At the company level, I implemented Jira and Confluence, ensuring full transparency in tracking both development tasks and project activities. Additionally, I organised the documentation of project technical solutions within the Confluence knowledge base, improving accessibility and knowledge sharing across teams.
