The project scope included the development of a technical solution aimed at ensuring continuous assessment of ore granulometry. A computer vision model was designed to analyse particle sizes and classify them into four size categories. Additionally, the model detected oversized ore fragments (boulder material).
A user interface was developed to display relevant reports, metrics, and dashboards. The primary goal of the project was to provide real-time granulometric data to the crushing plant operator.
