Established a New Department from Scratch (Digital Solutions for Mining)
Business Process Assessment, Evaluation
of the Company’s Digital Maturity, and Development of a Digital Transformation Roadmap.

Scope & Objectives
In 2022, I became one of the founders of the Digital Solutions Department for the Mining Industry.
We joined Reksoft, a company that had previously focused solely on custom software development and had no product-oriented business division.
We actively worked on establishing the department, defining the product strategy, and developing a go-to-market strategy. Since there were only three of us at the beginning, I took on several operational responsibilities, including:
• Financial planning
• Marketing and promotion
• Sourcing equipment and suppliers
• Establishing the procurement department
At the same time, I structured the development of software-hardware solutions by assembling a team of Computer Vision specialists, Data Scientists, embedded software developers, and engineers.
As of today, the department has grown to 30 employees.
