In April 2023, I conducted a market analysis and wrote an article on “The most demanded classes of systems in the digitalization of mining enterprises” for the industry-specific magazine “Globe: Geology and Business” whose website (Vnedra.ru) attracts about 31,000 viewers per month.
I conducted an assessment of an iron ore mining enterprise, which included a comprehensive review of business processes, covering the following areas:
• Analysis of document workflows
• Evaluation of the shift assignment process
• Assessment of mining operations management
• Review of the medical examination and work clearance process
• Examination of fuel accounting practices
• Assessment of technical inspection and equipment maintenance processes
• Evaluation of the technical condition of mining equipment to determine its readiness for the implementation of fleet management systems
• Analysis of mobile network coverage across the mining site
